According to recent APM data, Point Frederick on the Central Coast took out number one spot, experiencing a 58% increase over the last 12 months. Taking the median house price to $750,000.

Artarmon on Sydney’s North Shore took out 2nd place with a 44% increase and median price of $1,385,000.

It looks like Erina will be known for more than just the ‘Fair’ as it takes out 3rd place, up 43% with a median house price of $542,000.

Rounding out the top five are Birchgrove, up 40% and Double Bay with a 38% increase.
