Gosford Mortgage Broker, Mint Equity knows the challenges borrowers have for purchasing off-the-plan properties. Recent changes to big banks and 2nd tier lenders’ credit policy have impacted buyers, but there are still many lenders offering great interest rates and low deposit home loans.

Luckily some of the lending changes like postcode restrictions don’t affect Central Coast or Gosford developments.
