We’re not like your typical mortgage broker. Firstly, our culture is more like a creative agency. Think pumping music, think stylish fit out, think dog visits to the office.
Aside from the office culture, this is where it gets interesting - we aren’t all about the money. Sure, we need to pay our bills and grow our business, but we will never compromise our ethics for a settlement. We’ll also never ask our people to sell something to our clients that they don’t need. That’s not our style.
We love to laugh (sometimes it’s all you can do) so you’ll need to bring your sense of humour with you. Our culture is fun, hardworking and down to earth. We have a smart-casual dress code so no need for suits or high heels (unless you fancy it). Office pooches will visit the office every now and then, we’ll have good coffee on standby and indoor and outdoor working areas in our gorgeous office.
Oh, and we want you to spend more time with your family and friends. That means we won’t make you stay back for team events or bonding sessions outside of work hours. Let’s face it, as much as we’re sure you’ll love us, your free time is precious, so we’ll make sure you get more of it.
What we’ll love about you
To start with, you’ll be comfortable working at pace. That means you’ll need to keep up with our energy and speed but never let your attention to detail drop. You’ll have energy and drive, and be able to think on your feet.
You don’t get defeated easily and you never huff and puff about the shitty parts of your job, because you know we’ve all got shitty jobs that need to get done.
You’ll hate negative ninjas and people who see the glass as half empty. You can always make things work.
You’ll be a key player in the Mint Equity family so you’ll be willing to contribute to all aspects of our business. We’ll keep it interesting by asking you to contribute your ideas, insights and opportunities to our business strategy.
