New services for our CBA clients

Commonwealth Bank (CBA) has recently rolled out a new system to provide mortgage brokers with greater visibility for clients with loan accounts with CBA.

Essentially it means Mint Equity can now provide CBA clients with greater detail on their loans, so our clients don’t have to call CBA directly and wait on hold for a call centre representative.

Mint Equity will now be able to view information directly from the CBA portal including;

  • Fixed rate expiry date

  • Interest only expiry date

  • Contract loan amount and current loan balance

  • Available redraw

  • Loan term remaining

  • Current repayments and minimum repayments

  • Repayment date

  • Account number (last 4 digits) where direct debit repayments are made from

  • If the offset account has been linked

  • Account number (last 4 digits) of your offset accounts

  • Loan information including the product type, interest rate and applied discounts

  • Pending interest rate following a fixed rate expiry

  • Property details secured against the loan

  • Guarantor details (if family guarantee is involved).

The CBA App will contain some of this information, however if clients have any questions about their loans that can’t be viewed in the CBA app, please get in touch with Mint Equity and we can check the portal.
