Gift Card Promotion - Coasties Card members (expiry date 31 december 2024)

To be eligible for the promotion, the customer must be a new client to Mint Equity and hold a Coasties membership card with Coasties Magazine. A new client is defined as an individual who has not previously lodged a loan application either as a primary or secondary applicant or guarantor through Mint Equity ABN 35 164 597 620.
The customer must notify Mint Equity of their Coasties Membership within 5 days of lodging a loan enquiry with Mint Equity to qualify for the promotion or by selecting ‘Coasties Mag’ in the ‘How did you hear about us’ field on the Mint Equity enquiry form.
Promotion is subject to settlement of a property loan including home loan, investment property loan, business loan, SMSF borrowings or commercial property loans through Mint Equity. Car loans, bridging loans and personal loans are not included.
Minimum loan amount is $300,000.
Limit one (1) promotion per mortgage application regardless of the number of applicants or referrals.
Gift card value is dependent on the total loan amount including all loan splits;
$250 Visa or Mastercard Gift Card for loans up to $1,000,000*.
$500 Visa or Mastercard Gift Card for loans above $1,000,000*.
Gift cards will be posted via express post to the primary applicant within 30 days of settlement. Mint Equity does not take responsibility for the delivery of the gift card. If registered post is requested by the recipient, costs for registered post via Australia Post will be at the recipients cost.
Applicants must be new customers of Mint Equity. Existing clients are not eligible for this promotion.
Promotion ends at 5pm on 31 December 2024. To qualify, the enquiry to Mint Equity must be made prior to the promotion end date. Settlement date can extend beyond the promotion end date.
The mortgage broker services of Mint Equity are free of charge as we are remunerated by the lender once the loan reaches settlement. Lender fees and charges may apply.
